01Garantía de reembolso de 30 días
If you ask within 30 days of a payment, we refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to every payment: a monthly or yearly subscription, each renewal, and the 7-day pass.
02Cómo pedirlo
Either way works:
- go to paddle.net and find your order with the email address you paid with; or
- write to support@genpdf.com from that address, with your order number if you have it (it is on your receipt).
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
03Qué pasa después
Paddle refunds the payment to the card or account you paid with, in the same currency, taxes included. Most refunds appear within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
The plan that payment bought ends when the refund is made, and your account returns to the free plan. Nothing happens to your documents: they were never stored by us.
04Cancelar una suscripción
Cancelling stops future renewals. You can cancel at any time from your account, which opens Paddle's customer portal, or by writing to us. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. If you want that period refunded as well, ask within 30 days of its payment.
05Tus derechos legales
Consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area, Switzerland and the United Kingdom have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Our 30-day guarantee includes that right and goes further. Nothing in this policy limits the rights the law gives you.
