Why GenPDF

Organise pages with GenPDF: what is different

See what you move

Each page has its own thumbnail, so you find the one you need at a glance and drag it straight into place.

More than reordering

Insert a blank page, remove a list of pages at once, extract some into a new PDF, or interleave fronts and backs scanned separately.

Undo any step

Every move, turn and deletion can be undone, and the PDF is not uploaded to do any of it.

Questions

Organise pages: questions and answers

How do I change the order of the pages?

Drag a page thumbnail to where it should go. The other pages move aside, and the new order is the one you download.

Can I duplicate a page?

Yes. The Duplicate page button on its thumbnail adds a copy of it to the PDF, which you can then drag where you need it.

Can I delete several pages at once?

Yes. Use Remove pages and type them, such as 2, 5-7, or odd or even. You can also delete pages one by one from their thumbnails.

Can I save some pages as a new PDF?

Yes. Extract pages downloads the pages you choose as a new PDF and leaves your document as it is.

Can I combine the fronts and backs of a two-sided scan?

Yes. Alternate & mix takes the pages of two PDFs in turn, and can read the second one backwards, for backs scanned last page first.
