Yes. Opening a PDF, editing it and every tool are free, with no account, no card and no watermark on what you download. The free plan counts what you download and what our servers do each day; the count starts again at 00:00 UTC.
Each day: 3 edited PDFs, 3 signed PDFs, 2 Word exports of up to 20 pages each, 10 downloads from the other tools, 5 scanned pages read and 3 office files converted, up to 10 MB each. Asking others to sign is counted by the month: 3 requests.
Pro is a subscription, paid monthly or yearly, that you can cancel at any time. The 7-day pass is a single payment that gives everything in Pro for 7 days, then ends without renewing. Both remove the download limit, read 100 scanned pages and convert 30 office files (up to 25 MB) a day, and send 50 signature requests a month.
Yes. If you ask within 30 days of a payment, it is refunded in full, with no reason needed: a subscription, each renewal and the 7-day pass alike. Cancelling Pro stops the renewals; the plan stays until the end of the period already paid.
